Sales and delivery terms

In order to be able to shop in our online store, you have to choose the products you want to buy and register the invoice and delivery address. In addition, you must have a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct address and postal code are provided.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. All costs associated with the purchase will appear on the website before you make the payment.

If the order comes back due to Post / import rules to countries outside Norway we will charge for postage and packing fees in addition to the return postage and fees associated with this.

The order will then be canceled and the money remaining returned to the payment card.

All purchases in our online store must be paid with VISA or Mastercard. In order to safeguard your security and security for the payment, we cooperate with DIBS and Teller. When buying in the online store, the purchase price is reserved in the account until the goods are picked and ready for shipment. It is only when the item is shipped that the account is charged. We do not ship goods in mail order. In the event of a return of goods, the amount will be repaid on the same card account. In order to carry out trading in card and credit purchases, you must, as a customer, be over 18 years of age.

Our factory is at the top of Hallingdal and it can therefore take 4-5 days before you have the goods depending on where in the country you live. We normally pick the goods and prepare for shipment within 24 hours of the order being placed.

It may take some time for engraving. Check with us if it's urgent!

When engraving goods, this must be placed in the shopping cart together with the product. You will then get a text box that allows you to write the text you want engraved.

All orders from us are sent by Posten as Climate neutral service package. Although normal delivery time is 3-5 days, we must unfortunately take reservations for some longer delivery times during periods when Norway Post has a lot of traffic. Goods that are not picked up at your local post office or denied receipt will be returned to us for the customer's (your) bill.

The Right of Right Act applies to all purchases of consumers in our online store. It comes with a return form together with the goods and the cancellation deadline is 14 days. If, on the assumption, such a form does not follow, the right of cancellation has been extended to 3 months in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. During this period, you can return the goods you have received with the limitations of the law without obligation. When using a right of withdrawal, the goods cannot be used and that original packaging and labels must be whole and intact.

It does not include such a form if the goods are engraved when the right of cancellation does not apply to specially adapted products.

The right of cancellation does not apply if the goods cannot be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity, and damage or deterioration owes negligence or lack of care from the consumer side (cf. Section 12, paragraph a) of the Right to Cancellation Act.
The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. section 15, first paragraph, of the Right of cancellation law).
The Act only applies to consumer purchases. The right of cancellation can therefore not be used by companies or others who have acted as part of business activity (cf. section 6 (e) of the Right to Reimbursement Act).
The right of cancellation does not apply if the item is engraved with a personal name or logo. If the logo or name is wrong on our site, we will engrave on a new product and send you.

We have a lifetime warranty on all our Bruslett knives. If you have been so unfortunate that something wrong has happened to the item you bought from us, please contact us at. mail with a supplementary message about the case and please send with pictures. Sometimes we do not need the item in return so it is best that you await the submission of the defective item until you are told this. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on what the error is. We will repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.

If you are going to use the right of withdrawal or want to advertise on a product, you must contact us first, preferably by email. email. You must mark the shipment with your name, address and order number. Remember that you will receive a return receipt for your return from the transporter, this is important to you if the package is gone!
