If you have been so unfortunate that something wrong has happened to the item you bought from us, please contact us at. mail with a supplementary message about the case and please send with pictures. Sometimes we do not need the item in return so it is best that you await the submission of the defective item until you are told this. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible, but it may take a few days depending on what the error is. We will repair the knife or send you a new equivalent knife.
